Heads Up: Possible Browser Issues With Healing Sound Jukebox

If you see symbols indicating the audio files failed to load or if the browser freezes while loading this is likely because of one of the following technology issues:

1. You may need to update your Adobe Flash player to the latest version. Our audio plugin uses Flash to load and play the audio files. When we experienced errors such as these updating Flash fixed the problem.
2. You may be using Firefox. For some reason Firefox appears to be more buggy with this plugin than other browsers so definitely upgrade your Adobe Flash to make sure you have the latest version when using Firefox.
3. If you load the website in one browser and it does not work or takes forever to load the page, please try another browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera or Firefox and see if it loads properly in the alternate browser. Every browser loads audio files differently even with Flash as the player.
